This policy explains how Loyee Technologies, Inc. ("Alfa") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our platform. When Alfa processes personal information on behalf of a customer as a processor, that processing is governed by our Data Processing Agreement at www.getalfa.ai/dpa.
What data do we collect?
When you use our platform, we collect and store information about you and your activities. This may include:
- Account and contact information you provide directly — name, email, company name, job title, billing details — when you sign up, request a demo, or contact us.
- Website and device information collected automatically — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, session activity.
- Product usage data — searches, workflows, generated outputs, integrations used, logs, and support interactions.
- Data from connected third-party services (Gmail, Outlook, HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack, etc.) that you authorize us to access in order to provide the integration.
How do we collect your data?
We collect data directly from you when you create an account, fill out a form, request a demo, subscribe, or contact us. We also collect data automatically when you visit our website or use the app, and from third-party services you choose to connect.
We may also receive your data indirectly through website visitor identification: when you visit getalfa.ai, cookies and similar technologies may be used by third-party data partners to associate your browsing activity with professional information maintained in their databases, such as your email address or company. This is used so we can provide relevant B2B follow-up. You can opt out of this at warmly.ai/p/do-not-sell-share-my-data.
How will we use your data?
Alfa will only use your personal data where we have a lawful basis. We rely on contract (to provide Alfa and fulfill our agreements), legitimate interests (to operate, improve, and market Alfa, conduct B2B sales, and prevent fraud), consent (for certain cookies or optional integrations), and legal obligations (to comply with applicable laws).
Specifically, we use your data to:
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve Alfa
- Authenticate users and secure access
- Generate AI outputs, enrichment, drafts, and recommendations
- Process payments and manage subscriptions
- Conduct B2B marketing and sales outreach
- Detect fraud, abuse, and security incidents
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements
Using data from connected Google services
If you connect your Google account, we access only what you authorize — your profile (name, email) to authenticate you, and Gmail send permissions if you choose to send emails through Alfa.
We do not read your inbox, access unrelated emails, or send emails without your explicit action. We do not use Google Workspace API data to train generalized AI models.
We may store limited Google user data as needed to provide the integration, including your account identifier, email address, OAuth tokens, integration settings, send metadata, and copies of user-approved email content for troubleshooting. OAuth tokens are stored securely and used only for the Google integration you authorized. You can revoke Alfa's Google access at any time from your Google Account permissions page or from Alfa's account settings.
We do not share Google user data with third parties for advertising or unrelated marketing. We may share it only with subprocessors that help us provide, secure, or support the Services, under appropriate data protection obligations.
How do we protect your data?
We process your personal data in a manner that ensures appropriate security, including protection against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction, or damage. Measures include encryption in transit, encryption at rest where supported, access controls, monitoring, and incident response processes.
No system is completely secure. We do not promise that your personal data will always remain fully secure, but we will do everything we can to stop any breach and minimize data loss if one occurs.
How do we handle retention of your data?
We retain personal data for as long as needed to provide Alfa, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and support legitimate business purposes. When the retention period expires for a given type of data, we delete or de-identify it.

Marketing
Alfa may send you information about our products and services that we think you might like. If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by emailing privacy@getalfa.ai.
Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still send transactional, account, security, or billing messages.
Who do we share your data with?
We may share your data with service providers and subprocessors who help us operate Alfa — including hosting, authentication, analytics, AI processing, payments, and support. A full list is available at getalfa.ai/dpa.
We may also share data with: integration providers you connect; legal or compliance authorities when required by law; and acquirers in a corporate transaction.
We do not sell your personal information in the traditional consumer data-broker sense. Some B2B visitor identification and analytics activities may be considered "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under certain privacy laws — see your rights below.
What are your data protection rights?
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to or opt out of certain processing. California and other U.S. state residents have additional rights under CCPA/CPRA, including the right to opt out of sale or sharing of personal information.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. To make a request, contact us at privacy@getalfa.ai. We may need to verify your identity before completing your request. We have one month to respond.
If your data was submitted by one of our customers, we may direct your request to them depending on our role.
Privacy policies of other websites
Our website and Services may link to or integrate with third-party websites and services. This privacy policy applies only to Alfa. If you click through to another website, you should read their privacy policy.
Children's privacy
Alfa is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us, contact privacy@getalfa.ai and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We keep this policy under regular review. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use of Alfa after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
