- Day 14, you choose. Continue at $49/month, or stay on Basic for free. No auto-charge.
- Your data stays either way. Downgrade to Basic; your champions, streams, and history stay intact, just within Basic's limits.
Pricing FAQ
The most common questions, answered.
What's a credit?
One champion, fully worked: the identified champion, their verified persona, contact details, and ready-to-send messaging. One credit, one champion — never metered per action.
Do credits expire?
Included credits reset each month on monthly plans. Annual paid plans can roll unused included credits month to month while the annual subscription is active. Purchased top-ups expire after 12 months while your paid plan is active.
What happens when I run out?
Your pipeline pauses — nothing is charged automatically. Top up anytime, or wait for your monthly allowance to reset. You're never charged for something you didn't buy.
Do I need to enter a credit card to start the trial?
No. We only ask for payment details on day 14 if you choose to continue on Launch. No card means no possibility of an accidental charge.
What happens at the end of the 14 days if I do nothing?
You're automatically moved to the Basic plan (free forever). Your account stays active, your data is preserved, and you just see the Basic plan's limits apply. You can upgrade to Launch anytime.
What happens to my data if I switch to Basic?
Your champions, streams, and message history stay intact. The Basic limits apply: 50 preview champions per month, 1 user, 3 streams, but nothing will be deleted.
Can I cancel during the trial?
There's nothing to cancel. We haven't taken your payment. If you decide Launch isn't for you, just stop using it or switch to Basic in your account settings.
Why don't you require a credit card up front?
Because we don't think you should have to commit before you've tried it. If Launch isn't right for you, the worst-case outcome should be that you go back to using Basic for free.
Do Growth or Custom plans have a free trial?
No. Launch is our free-trial plan because it's designed for solo operators and small teams to test the platform end-to-end. If you're evaluating Growth or Custom for a larger team, contact us and we'll set up a tailored demo.
