What's a credit?
One champion, fully worked: the identified champion, their verified persona, contact details, and ready-to-send messaging. One credit, one champion — never metered per action.
Do credits expire?
Free-trial credits expire when the 14-day trial ends. Included credits reset each month on monthly paid plans. Annual paid plans can roll unused included credits month to month while the annual subscription is active. Purchased top-ups expire after 12 months while your paid plan is active.
What happens when I run out?
Your pipeline pauses — nothing is charged automatically. Free-trial users can upgrade to Launch to keep going. Customers on active paid plans can top up or wait for their next monthly allowance.
Do I need to enter a credit card to start the trial?
No. Your 14-day free trial requires no card. You only add payment details if you choose to upgrade to Launch. No card means no possibility of an accidental charge.
What happens at the end of the 14 days if I do nothing?
Nothing is charged — we never took a card. Your account simply pauses when the trial ends, and your data is preserved. Upgrade to Launch whenever you're ready to pick up where you left off.
What happens to my data when the trial ends?
Your champions, streams, and message history stay intact — nothing is deleted. When you upgrade to Launch, you pick up right where you left off.
Can I cancel during the trial?
There's nothing to cancel. We haven't taken your payment. If Alfa isn't for you, just stop using it — with no card on file, there's nothing to cancel and nothing to pay.
Why don't you require a credit card up front?
Because we don't think you should have to commit before you've tried it. The worst case is simply that the trial ends — never a surprise charge.
Do Growth or Custom plans have a free trial?
No. The Free trial is built for solo operators and small teams to evaluate Alfa's champion and draft workflow. If you're evaluating Growth or Custom for a larger team, contact us and we'll set up a tailored demo.
