Always. Drafts are a starting point — edit a line, rewrite the whole thing, or send as-is. The tone is calibrated to your stream and prior sends.
What keyboard shortcuts are available?

Does it sync with my CRM?
Yes — HubSpot, Attio, and Salesforce are supported on the Growth plan and above. Sends and replies write back automatically.
